Who we are
Chemist Near Me operates community pharmacies across Northampton (Semilong, Far Cotton, Delapre and Grange Park). Our supply of medicines and pharmacy services is regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and, where relevant, delivered under NHS arrangements.
You can contact us any time at info@chemist-nearme.co.uk or through any branch.
Using this website
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation. The content on this site is provided for general information and does not replace professional medical advice, always speak to a pharmacist, GP or call NHS 111 if you are unwell.
We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site at any time, and we are not liable if the site is unavailable for any period.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. The information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Orders, prices and payment
When you place an order you make an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm the order has been dispatched or is ready for collection. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, mispriced, age-restricted, or a pharmacist judges that supply would not be appropriate.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take payment securely through Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If a genuine pricing error is identified we will contact you before processing the order.
Availability and delivery
Regional prescription and online orders. We provide a FREE 48-hour tracked delivery service for prescriptions ordered within Northamptonshire and the bordering areas, including Northampton, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Market Harborough, Rugby, Banbury and Peterborough. Online shop orders to these areas are delivered next day where availability allows, and otherwise within 1–3 working days.
Prescription delivery. Nationwide delivery of prescriptions is provided FREE of charge via DPD or Royal Mail, with an estimated arrival of 2–4 working days. No minimum order value applies to prescription delivery.
Online shop delivery. Delivery of online shop orders is FREE for all orders totalling £30 or more. Orders under £30 are subject to a £3.99 delivery charge; this threshold applies to every delivery address, including local ones. Orders outside the areas above are fulfilled within 2–4 working days via DPD or Royal Mail.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Timings run from dispatch, exclude weekends and bank holidays, and assume any prescription has passed the responsible pharmacist’s check. Where a medicine is out of stock or awaiting a prescription from your surgery, we will tell you and agree how to proceed.
Medicines and pharmacy services
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription and at the discretion of the responsible pharmacist. Pharmacy (P) and over-the-counter medicines are supplied subject to a clinical check, and we may ask questions or limit quantities to keep you safe. Some products carry a minimum age requirement.
NHS services (including Pharmacy First) are provided free where you are eligible. Private services are chargeable and paid in branch unless stated otherwise. Appointments can be booked online and changed or cancelled from your account.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and design of this site belong to Chemist Near Me or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your misuse of products or information.
Complaints and governing law
If something goes wrong, please contact us at info@chemist-nearme.co.uk so we can put it right. You can also raise concerns about a registered pharmacy with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies.
