We deliver prescriptions free of charge anywhere in the UK, run a tracked 48-hour service across Northampton and the surrounding areas, and offer free collection from any branch. Here’s what to expect.

Northampton and surrounding areas
We provide a FREE 48-hour tracked delivery service for prescriptions across Northampton and the bordering areas: Northampton, Wellingborough, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Market Harborough, Rugby, Banbury and Peterborough.
Online shop orders to the same areas arrive next day where availability allows, and otherwise within 1–3 working days.
Prescription delivery, nationwide
Prescription delivery is FREE anywhere in the UK, with no minimum order. We send it via DPD or Royal Mail and it usually arrives within 2–4 working days.
Online shop delivery and costs
Shop delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. For orders under £30 a flat £3.99 charge applies. This applies wherever you are, including locally.
Outside the Northampton area, shop orders are sent via DPD or Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–4 working days. Collection from a branch is always free.
Collection
Choose collection at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order is ready to pick up from your chosen branch. Please bring your order confirmation.
Prescriptions and age-restricted items
Prescription medicines and some products are delivered subject to a pharmacist’s check and may require proof of identity or age on delivery. Certain medicines may only be collected in person.
If delivery fails
